Captain The Commanding Officer (or CO) is Captain Daniel K. Oliver. Captain Oliver assumed command of HEALY on June 10th, 2003. As CO, Captain Oliver is completely responsible for the overall safety of the ship and crew, as well as the successful completion of HEALY's assigned missions. Change of command occurred on June 5, 2006.
