Non-US Citizens Sailing on Healy

Foreign Nationals planning to sail on Healy for any reason, including scientific research, are required to submit a foreign visit request via the Foreign Visits System (FVS). The FVS form with the information required can be downloaded here (FVS Form). Submission through the FVS should occur at least 30 days prior to sailing on Healy. The Chief scientist is encouraged to forward the FVS form to the Marine Science Coordinator for all foreign nations who potentially will sail on thier cruise.
