Seattle ISC port:

The USCG Base is located at Pier 36 on the Downtown Seattle waterfront. It is located on the South end of the city in the Sodo district not far from Pioneer Square. Parking within the base is limited in the morning and usually opens up in the afternoon. Parking on Alaskan Way S is available. Walk or drive into the main entrance one block south of 1519 Alaskan Way S.

Shuttle Express http://www.shuttleexpress.com/index.html share vans will take you from the Airport to your hotel as a share ride.

Metro Bus 194 http://transit.metrokc.gov/tops/bus/schedules/s194_0_.html runs often from Seatac Baggage claim (Bay 2) to downtown Seattle and has stops within a couple blocks of the USCG base and the two hotels listed above.

Food:
Pyramid Ale House http://www.pyramidbrew.com/alehouses/seattle.php is located one block from the base and serves lunch, dinner and beer.

The military on base galley serves breakfast and lunch
